నిన్న రాత్రి "గీతాచార్య" బ్లాగ్ లో అనుకుంటా నరసరావ్ పేట లో ఆయన సంపాదించిన భారత ప్రభుత్వంచే కొత్తగా జారీ చేయబడిన పది రూపాయల బిళ్ళల్ని చూశా.కొత్త డిజైనేమీ కాదు.కొన్నాళ్ళ క్రితం రెండు రూపాయల బిళ్ళ పైన కూడా అదే సింబల్.ఐతే ఆ సింబల్ పెట్టడం వెనక ఉద్దేశమేంటనేదే అప్పుడూ,ఇప్పుడూ చర్చ.
RBI చెప్పేదాని ప్రకారం ఇది మన spirit of unityకి చిహ్నమంట.దీన్ని డిజైన్ చేసింది National Institute of Design,అహ్మదాబాదంట.

APTDC(andhra pradesh tourism development corporation)బస్సుల్ని హైదరాబాద్ లో చూసినప్పుడు కూడా నాకు ఆ సంస్థకి ఆ లోగో కి రెలెవెన్స్ ఏంటో అర్థం కాలా.ఆ లోగో ఏంటయ్యా అంటే Uని నిలువుగా సాగదీసి పైన రెందు నిలువు గీతల మీద ఒక్కొక్క అడ్డ గీత పెట్టి రెండు+ లు వచ్చేలా చేయడం.చర్చి వాహనాల మీదా, ambulanceల మీదా చూసాం కానీ టూరిస్ట్ బస్సులమీద చూడడం అదే ఫస్టు.net లో ట్రై చేశా కానీ మంచి బొమ్మ దొరకలా.ఈ బస్సు ని జూం చేసి చూడండి కనిపిస్తుంది.
ఇక కేంద్రీయ విద్యాలయ్ లోగో సంగతి.ఎప్పటినుంచో ఉన్న లోగోలో ఉదయించే సూర్యుడు,సరస్వతీ దేవికి చిహ్నంగా తామరపూవు ఉంటాయి.
హ్యూమన్ రిసోర్సెస్ మినిస్ట్రీని గబ్బు పట్టించిన అర్జున్ సింగ్ ఆధ్వర్యంలో 2008లో ఒక కమిటీ వేసారు .లోగో మార్చడానికి కారణం:నలభై యేళ్ళ నుంచీ ఉన్న లోగోకి శాస్త్ర సాంకేతిక రంగాల్లో జరిగిన అభివ్రుద్ది,మారిన సామాజిక కోణాలు,మొదలైనవాటికి తగ్గట్టుగా కొత్త రూపు ఇవ్వడం.ఈ కొత్త లోగోని సెలెక్ట్ చేశాక చెప్పిందేంటంటే The old logo has been replaced “with a globe showing children reaching out and a satellite in the sky”.
సరిగ్గా చూస్తే తట్టేదేంటంటే ఆ పిల్లలిద్దరి తలకాయలూ ఇస్లాం గుర్తు నెలవంక,మధ్యలో నక్షత్రం.ఇందులో ఒక తల వెనక రెండు శిలువలు.బానే వుంది కానీ,సరస్వతీ దేవికి చిహ్నమైన తామర పూవుని మాత్రం భా.జ.పా.చిహ్నమని చెప్పి అర్జున్ సింగ్ గారు పీకేసారట.
